Overseas Projects completed include: consultant for two large granite processing plants in Brazil; consultant for master planning of a Mega Hotel project in Mexico; consultant for several projects for Baugruppe Koehler, Germany; developer and builder of a premier Conference Center Hotel in Bolivia.
Mr. Robert L. ("Bob") Waters is a consultant to and a partner with Houstonian Development Company in various projects. He was one of the founders of the law firm that is presently Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Martin. Bob was a shareholder in Criterion Capital Corporation, sponsor and developer of The Houstonian campus (300-room hotel, 120,000 square-foot fitness facility and 155-unit luxury condominium); Senior Vice President of publicly-owned company (approximately $150 million in revenue).
